Refund Policy

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days from the date of purchase or service delivery. To be eligible for a return, the service or product must not have been fully utilized or deployed in a production environment.

Refunds

Once we receive your return request and assess the scope of work delivered, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any costs incurred for work already completed and delivered.

Service Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an ongoing service or subscription, please contact our support team within 7 days of the billing cycle. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the cancellation and any applicable partial refund.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:

• Custom software development projects that have been completed and delivered
• Domain name registrations
• Third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf
• Consulting hours already utilized
• SMS gateway credits already consumed

Defective Deliverables

In the unfortunate event that a delivered product or service does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for corrections, a replacement, or issue a refund, depending on your preference and the nature of the issue.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after your request is approved. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
